Personal information is collected through the site by Rush Street Interactive, LP (“BetRivers”) on behalf of Alberta iGaming Corporation under the authority of Sections 4(a) and (c) of the Protection of Privacy Act (Alberta), the Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Act (Alberta), the iGaming Alberta Act, and the operating agreement entered into between BetRivers and Alberta iGaming Corporation. Your personal information will be used or disclosed for the administration of the BetRivers iGaming site, and as otherwise described in BetRivers’s Privacy Statement..
Automated systems may be used by BetRivers to generate content, and make decisions, recommendations or predictions about you.
You have the right to access and request correction of your personal information held by BetRivers.
